It was two weeks in September, my phone stayed in a desk drawer in a rented house with terrible Wi-Fi, and I came back to 612 unread emails.

Only eleven of them actually needed something from me. I counted because I am that person, and that single number completely changed how I take time off forever.

That ratio is the detail people overlook when discussing the return from vacation. That intimidating red badge on your inbox consists almost entirely of conversations that started, escalated, and resolved themselves while you were away. That pattern holds true across almost every industry, and once you realize it, you see the dynamic clearly.

The actual project of taking time off has nothing to do with reducing four hundred emails down to zero. It is about identifying the fifteen emails that matter, and structuring your absence so that finding them takes twenty minutes instead of two days.

Here is how to set up your departure so you can fully disconnect and return with complete peace of mind.

Make Your Out-of-Office Email Truly Functional

Almost every Out of Office (OOO) message includes the phrase "I have limited access to email."

People interpret that sentence as permission to reach out anyway. To a colleague or client, "limited access" implies that you are still checking messages from your beach towel. You think you are setting a boundary, but you are actually issuing an open invitation for people to drop tasks into your inbox with a clear conscience.

An effective OOO message requires absolute clarity and boundaries.

State the exact date you return to work. State clearly that you will review messages sent after your return date. Then ask senders to resend their request on the day you get back if the matter remains active and unresolved.

That last instruction does all the heavy lifting because it shifts the filtering responsibility directly back to the sender. Roughly eighty percent of things that feel urgent on August 5th resolve themselves naturally by August 19th. Senders with real priorities will reach out again promptly on your return date, while unnecessary requests simply fade away. That is the exact sorting mechanism you want.

Finally, name one specific colleague for genuine emergencies, and define precisely what qualifies as one. A quick sync beforehand keeps your vacation completely free of unexpected work calls.

I skipped this step once in the past. Taking fifteen minutes to align before you leave prevents that exact scenario.

Return from Vacation on a Wednesday

Coming back to work on a Monday is a decision people make while booking flights and regret for a full week afterward. You face a long five-day stretch, everyone assumes you are fully refreshed, and your calendar quickly fills with meetings that were postponed while you were away.

Return on a Wednesday instead.

Returning midweek gives you two manageable days to catch up on operational tasks, followed immediately by the weekend to recharge before taking on major deliverables.

On your first morning back, keep your entire calendar clear until noon. Decline meeting invites during this morning window, and give yourself three uninterrupted hours alone with your inbox before taking any calls or joining team discussions.

While managing your calendar, add one crucial reminder for the Friday before your vacation starts: Complete existing projects. Focus on wrapping up current tasks, sending simple updates, and leaving a clean, stable slate for your departure rather than launching new initiatives that require ongoing monitoring.

Protect Your Vacation Time Fully

Checking work email twice a day during time off simply spreads your inbox review slowly over two weeks. I wanted to refresh my movement routine without hiring a private coach or [scrolling through endless social media fitness influencers](https://www.workingal.com/articles/do-social-media-and-influencers-damage-our-body-image) selling $50 PDF guides. So, I turned to AI. Since everyone is using or [getting stressed about AI,](https://www.workingal.com/articles/is-my-job-safe-from-ai) I thought I could at least give it a shot in a real-world problem to see how it can actually help. I opened a chat, I fed it my goals, my schedule, and my available equipment, expecting a sleek, customized, hyper-efficient training plan.

What I got instead was a masterclass in why artificial intelligence has zero physical intuition.

On paper, the prompt was airtight. In reality, the AI handed me a routine that managed to be simultaneously absurd and wildly generic. One day it wanted me to do high-volume plyometrics mixed with heavy compound movements that would have wrecked anyone's lower back; the next day, it handed me a routine so uninspired it felt like a warm-up for a warm-up. But I thought at least I could give it a shot and I realized that attempting to train with an algorithm revealed three very clear truths about fitness, technology, and why human intuition still wins every time.

1\\. AI Doesn't Understand Movement Mechanics or Fatigue
-------------------------------------------------------

An algorithm can pull every exercise variation in existence from its database, but it has no understanding of how those movements actually feel in a human body when chained together.

It will blithely suggest pairing heavy spinal-loading exercises with intense core burnouts in the exact same sequence, completely ignoring how central nervous system fatigue works. It doesn't know that after forty-five minutes of deliberate work, your form naturally degrades, or that certain transitions between equipment are just logistically annoying in a real room. It views a workout as a mathematical equation, not a physical experience.

2\\. It Lacks the Nuance of Daily Readiness
------------------------------------------

The fundamental flaw with an AI-generated fitness plan is its rigidity disguised as personalization. A computer program doesn't know if you slept four hours last night, if your [stress levels are through the roof](https://www.workingal.com/articles/chronic-stress-hormones-working-women), or if your shoulders feel tight from sitting at a desk all day.

![i-tried-working-out-with-ai-results](https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/4_7a1627be00.webp)

When you work out with a real understanding of your body—or with a human trainer—you adjust on the fly. You dial back intensity when your nervous system is fried, and you push harder when you have surplus energy. AI can’t read the room, nor can it read your body language. It just expects you to execute the script while happily motivating you that you “can do it!”

3\\. Personality Matters More Than Perfection
--------------------------------------------

Fitness isn't just about output; it's about engagement. The routine the AI generated was technically full of "effective" exercises, but it was utterly soulless. There was no rhythm to the programming, no flow to the transitions, and zero joy in the execution.

Movement requires connection. Whether you prefer the precise, [deliberate control of Pilates](https://www.workingal.com/articles/pilates-flexibility), high-intensity strength work, or outdoor conditioning, the best workout is always the one that makes you feel grounded, capable, and energized, and not like you're executing a checklist for a computer.

The Result
----------

AI is fantastic for quick ideas, organizing data, or drafting a basic outline. But when it comes to the physical reality of moving your body, respecting your joints, and building sustainable energy, an algorithm is a terrible personal trainer. And you run the risk of injuring yourself trying to complete the session.

Use technology to track your metrics if you want to, but leave the actual programming to human expertise, and more importantly, to your own body's feedback.","i-tried-working-out-with-ai-results","working out with AI, AI fitness plan review, algorithm workout routine, human intuition fitness, personalized workout truth","I asked AI to design my workout routine, expecting hyper-personalized efficiency. She would "forget" to loop me in on key client updates or important decisions, wait for me to execute the task based on outdated specs, and then watch me mess up. When the mistake happened, she wouldn't yell. She’d just tilt her head in front of the team and say, _"Oh, I thought that was obvious! My fault, I shouldn’t have assumed you knew how we do things here."_

Then came the 1-on-1 feedback trap. During our private check-ins, she would lean in, put on her most nurturing voice, and ask for _"honest feedback on how we can improve our dynamic."_ The first time I fell for it and gently brought up a minor bottleneck that made her look slightly imperfect, the shift was instant. She didn't get angry; she simply launched a polite, passive-aggressive character assassination wrapped in velvet, that is questioning my maturity, my commitment, and my ability to handle pressure.

The ultimate betrayal, though, was her performance review strategy. Day to day, she was a fountain of praise. Everything was _"Amazing job!"_ and _"So glad you're on the team!"_ But when the official annual evaluation rolled around, she completely blindsided me. She dumped a list of heavy critiques and supposed failures on HR's desk—things she had literally _never_ mentioned to me once in six months. When I brought up a Slack message where she had explicitly praised me for a deadline, she gave me a sweet, patronizing smile and told me she was just trying to keep my morale up at the time, but that we needed to be realistic about my output now.

![i-survived-a-passive-aggressive-manager-real-story](https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/5_df0813c19f.webp)

For months, I lived in a constant state of low-grade panic, checking my sent folder at 11:00 PM and re-reading three-line emails four times before hitting send.

The change happened the day I stopped trying to address the "vibe" or win her approval. My initial mistake was trying to schedule quick chats to see if we were "good." Big mistake. That gave her the exact platform she wanted to play the misunderstood victim and frame me as anxious or incompetent. So, I changed my approach entirely: I stopped taking her verbal feedback seriously and started archiving cold, unassailable facts.

I realized passive aggression only works when there’s no paper trail. The moment everything is documented in black and white, the subtext evaporates.

After every single verbal sync, I sent an immediate follow-up email outlining every decision, timeline, and piece of information provided, writing something like: _"Hi Miranda, per our conversation, confirming that I will proceed with Option A using the specs shared today. Please let me know by EOD if any updated documents exist."_

During those traps in our 1-on-1s, I stopped offering personal opinions altogether and stuck strictly to operational questions, letting her know my focus was entirely on hitting our KPIs and asking whether any specific metric on my current deliverables wasn't meeting expectations.

When she sent indirect jabs or vague requests in private DMs, I shifted the conversation to the main team channel, replying: _"Following up on your message regarding the campaign deck, here is the link to the approved version from Tuesday."_

And when she made backhanded remarks during team calls, like complaining that it must be nice to wrap up right at 5:00 PM, I didn't laugh or apologize. I looked directly into the camera and asked with genuine, calm curiosity: _"Could you clarify what you mean by that?"_

Watching a passive-aggressive manager try to explain a sarcastic comment out loud to five quiet colleagues is a religious experience. She stumbled, mumbled something about a joke, and never attempted it again.

Within two months of keeping strict, emotionless documentation, Miranda stopped targeting me altogether. Passive-aggressive people feed on emotional reactions, and when you starve them of drama, they move on.

When review season came around again, and she attempted another blindside, I didn't argue. I simply brought a printed, chronological binder of emails, approved briefs, and sign-offs that disproved every single vague criticism she had written down.

Her boss took one look at the paper trail, bypassed her entirely, and approved my transfer to another department three weeks later.

You will never win an emotional argument with a passive-aggressive boss. But you will win every single time if you force them to play in the cold, clear light of documented facts.","i-survived-a-passive-aggressive-manager-real-story","I Survived a Passive-Aggressive Manager | The Working Gal","passive aggressive manager story, workplace gaslighting real story, dealing with toxic boss, professional boundaries corporate, career advice women","From hidden hostility to total control: a real-life account of surviving a passive-aggressive manager and the exact strategy that dismantled the dynamic.
2310,"i-survived-a-passive-aggressive-manager-real-story.webp
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/large_3_a806fae34d.webp","large_3_a806fae34d","large_3.webp",34.45,34446
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/small_3_a806fae34d.webp","small_3_a806fae34d","small_3.webp",11.01,11014
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/medium_3_a806fae34d.webp","medium_3_a806fae34d","medium_3.webp",22.41,22412
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/thumbnail_3_a806fae34d.webp","thumbnail_3_a806fae34d","thumbnail_3.webp",3.66,3662,"3_a806fae34d",94.05,"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/3_a806fae34d.webp","2026-07-31T18:55:26.074Z","2026-07-31T18:58:54.050Z
"Tonia","tonia","https://www.instagram.com/liolioutonia/","https://www.facebook.com/tonia.lioliou","If you could find one person combining physical strength and mental ability it would have her name. In my mind, staying up late and waking up early was the ultimate proof of productivity. I convinced myself that sleep was negotiable, something I could minimize as long as I drank enough espresso and kept moving.

Instead of becoming a super-productive high achiever, I became a miserable version of myself.

My daily reality was defined by a permanent, heavy brain fog that no amount of coffee could cut through. I had perpetually dry, irritated eyes with stubborn dark circles that no concealer could hide. My energy was so depleted that going to the gym became unthinkable, and my body naturally craved quick, junk-food energy fixes all day long.

The worst part, however, was my temper. My nervous system was so fried that I would lose my mind over absolute trivialities. If my partner didn't put their water glass directly into the dishwasher the exact second they finished drinking, I reacted as if they had committed a personal offense against me.

By the time summer rolled around, I realized that my obsession with "productivity" was destroying my health, my mood, and my relationships. I decided to treat sleep not as a luxury or a reward, but as a non-negotiable investment.

I made five intentional changes to overhaul my sleep quality. Here is what I did and how it changed everything.

1\\. I Adopted the "Drawer Method" Before Bed
--------------------------------------------

The biggest thief of my sleep was the [endless late-night scroll](https://www.workingal.com/articles/revenge-bedtime-procrastination). I used to tell myself I was just "unwinding," but staring at a blue light screen kept my brain in hyper-vigilant mode.

To break this, I implemented the [Drawer Method](https://www.workingal.com/articles/digital-detox-creative-professional-drawer-method) as my hard evening boundary. At 9:30 PM sharp, my phone goes into a designated desk drawer in another room. Out of sight, out of reach. No secondary dopamine hits, no late-night emails, and no [mindless social media consumption](https://www.workingal.com/articles/france-social-media-ban-adult-screen-habits). Separating my physical environment from my digital notifications was the single most powerful step in downshifting my brain for rest.

2\\. I Replaced My Phone Alarm with a Sunrise Clock
--------------------------------------------------

![investing in sleep quality](https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/6_21c4bdf923.webp)

Waking up to a blaring, aggressive iPhone alarm is a terrible way to start the day; it spikes your adrenaline the second your eyes open.

I bought the [Dreamegg Sunrise Alarm Clock](https://amzn.to/4x1i5R2) to completely change how I transition into consciousness. Instead of a sudden noise, it gently illuminates the room with a warm, simulated sunrise that gradually brightens before the soft alarm sounds. Waking up to light rather than a panic-inducing noise allowed my body to come out of deep sleep naturally, eliminating that immediate morning anxiety.

3\\. I Invested in a Contoured 3D Sleep Mask
-------------------------------------------

I used to think sleep masks were unnecessary and were useful [only on long-haul flights](https://www.workingal.com/articles/travel-hacks-for-long-flights) until I tried a proper 3D contoured mask. Standard flat masks press against your eyelids, which I always found uncomfortable.

I switched to a [fully light-blocking, contoured sleep mask](https://amzn.to/4x4uuDR) that leaves room for your eyes to blink while creating absolute pitch darkness. The deep darkness signals to your brain to release melatonin uninterrupted. Even if ambient light sneaks in through the blinds at sunrise, the mask keeps you in a deep, undisturbed sleep state until your alarm actually goes off. Since then, I haven’t woken up once when the sun gets in.

4\\. I Locked In an 11:00 PM Cortisol Reset
------------------------------------------

Circadian rhythm isn't just a wellness buzzword; it's basic biology. I learned that going to sleep after midnight keeps your [cortisol levels artificially elevated](https://www.workingal.com/articles/daily-habit-lowers-cortisol-neuroscience), making deep restorative sleep nearly impossible.

I set a strict rule: in bed and lights out before 11:00 PM, waking up at the exact same time every morning. Regulating my sleep-wake cycle helped balance my [hormone levels](https://www.workingal.com/articles/chronic-stress-hormones-working-women), lowering my baseline stress and allowing my nervous system to finally recalibrate.

5\\. I Reframed Sleep as the Ultimate Work Tool
----------------------------------------------

Instead of viewing sleep as time stolen from my work, I began viewing it as the foundation of my performance. I stopped trying to squeeze in extra hours at midnight, realizing that two hours of focused, well-rested work in the morning is worth five hours of exhausted, brain-fogged grinding at night.

The Results: What Actually Happened
-----------------------------------

Despite my initial beliefs that it would take time to see actual results of this shift, the transformation was immediate and profound.

Within two weeks of fixing my sleep, the irrational irritability completely vanished. The water glass left on the counter stopped feeling like a personal crisis. My mood stabilized because my nervous system was no longer operating in a perpetual state of fight-or-flight.

My physical energy returned in full force. [Workout sessions](https://www.workingal.com/articles/pilates-flexibility) went from feeling like a punishing chore to being a genuine release that I looked forward to every day. The constant craving for sugary, unhealthy snacks disappeared naturally because my body was no longer desperately searching for quick glucose to stay awake.

Most ironically, my actual work output skyrocketed. The brain fog lifted, leaving behind sharp focus and cognitive clarity. Tasks that I used to drag on for three frustrating hours late at night were suddenly getting finished in forty-five focused minutes during the day.

Investing in my sleep didn't cost me productive hours; it gave me my life, my focus, and my peace back.","summer-sleep-quality-investment-routine","This Summer I Invested in My Sleep Quality. Yes, I was doing the side hustle before it even became a thing or a [trending social media topic](https://www.workingal.com/articles/france-social-media-ban-adult-screen-habits). Long before people were talking about "financial freedom" and "passive income," I was simply grinding because I had to, juggling multiple projects, [late-night client deadlines](https://www.workingal.com/articles/how-to-avoid-late-nights-at-work), and administrative chaos on top of a demanding day job.

Because I spent years in the trenches of doing _everything_, I learned the hard way that not all work is created equal. Lately, I see the internet obsessing over this concept of the "side hustle stack"—the idea that you should bundle four or five different micro-gigs together to create multiple streams of income. A little bit of digital template selling here, some micro-freelancing there, a dropshipping store in the background.

It sounds genius on paper, but having actually lived through years of endless working hours, I can tell you the truth: most of these "stacks" are just a [recipe for burnout](https://www.workingal.com/articles/burnout-vs-bad-priorities-mindset-shift), low margins, and chronic fatigue.

The Illusion of the "Passive" Grind
-----------------------------------

![deconstructing-side-hustle-stack-what-actually-pays](https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/deconstructing_side_hustle_stack_what_actually_pays_28268cd43f.webp)

Back when I was taking on extra work just to build my security, I made the classic mistake of thinking that any extra dollar coming in was a win. I would spend hours on low-fee tasks, administrative setup, and client back-and-forths that netted me almost nothing once I factored in my time and energy.

That is precisely what the modern "side hustle stack" promotes. People are spending their evenings managing low-barrier digital stores or doing micro-tasks for tiny payouts, convinced they are building an empire. But if an activity requires zero specialized skill, carries no barrier to entry, and demands hours of manual clicking or customer support for pocket change, it isn't an investment. It is high-friction, low-wage labor disguised as flexibility. Earning fifty dollars at the expense of your sanity and sleep schedule is not a business model but an expensive distraction.

What My Years in the Trenches Actually Taught Me
------------------------------------------------

The turning point for me—and the reason I eventually [built sustainable businesses](https://www.workingal.com/articles/expensive-mistakes-building-business-founder-lessons) instead of just trading my life for extra hours—was realizing that leverage is everything.

You cannot stack five unrelated, low-margin chores and expect high returns. Real secondary income happens when you take the high-level expertise you already possess and package it at a premium. During my heaviest working years, the only secondary projects that truly moved the needle were the ones where I charged for actual authority—high-tier consulting, complex strategy, and execution that very few people could do.

One client who respects your expertise and pays a premium rate for five hours of strategic work will always generate more income—and infinitely less mental friction—than four side gigs that consume twenty hours of your week for breadcrumbs.

The Cold Audit You Need to Run
------------------------------

If you are currently sacrificing your evenings because you feel the pressure to build a secondary income stream, stop [looking at what influencers are doing](https://www.workingal.com/articles/do-social-media-and-influencers-damage-our-body-image) and look at your own numbers:

* **Calculate your actual hourly rate:** Factor in the taxes, the software subscriptions, and the unpaid hours spent on setup or administration. If it’s less than what your time and peace are worth, drop it.

* **Assess the mental tax:** Ask yourself if this extra work is building long-term authority and brand equity, or if it is simply draining the energy you need for your main career and your life.

* **Stop glorifying the noise:** Stacking micro-tasks isn't a badge of honor. I finished one, and I am reasonably certain that only happened because I was on a [plane with no wifi](https://www.workingal.com/articles/travel-hacks-for-long-flights) and a phone at three percent.

The other three are stacked on my nightstand in the formation they have held since roughly the fourteenth, serving as a side table for a water glass and, once, a bowl of olives. One of them has a receipt wedged in it as a bookmark, at page 61, which appears to be the precise coordinate at which I [abandon literature](https://www.workingal.com/articles/january-reading-list).

If your July stack looks similar, I have something better than reassurance. August is the slowest month in publishing, and it is slow on purpose.

The industry front-loads June and July with [beach reads](https://www.workingal.com/articles/summer-books), then saves September for the prestige titles angling for award season. August is the gap in the middle. Fewer releases, less noise, and an actual window to catch up before fall arrives and buries all of us in hardcovers.

So this list is divided into two halves. What is genuinely worth interrupting your backlog for, and how to finish the books already glaring at you.

Worth Interrupting Everything For
---------------------------------

[Big Little Truths by Liane Moriarty](https://amzn.to/4fXXgQS), out August 11. Moriarty is returning to the world of Big Little Lies, which almost nobody expected, and the new novel revisits the same five mothers. Given that the original became a cultural event with an HBO adaptation and a cast that could open a small country, this is going to be the book everyone at work has an opinion about by the second week of August. Read it early or spend a month conducting careful conversational detours at every dinner party you attend.

[The Unknown by Riley Sager](https://amzn.to/4yRIDpY). The setup is almost annoyingly good. In 1926, five women vanished from a remote island in Vermont. A century later it is happening again. Sager writes the kind of thriller that respects your intelligence and still keeps you up until one in the morning, which is a narrow skill and an underrated one.

[When Lemons Give You Life by Anna Johnston](https://amzn.to/4wytkkg). A retired chef, family secrets, second chances. Johnston wrote The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife, which turned an enormous number of people into evangelists last year, and this one appears to work the same emotional territory. If your July reading was heavy and what you actually need is something with genuine warmth in it, start here and skip the rest of this section.

Also arriving this month: a new Karin Slaughter, a Linwood Barclay family thriller, and another Janice Hallett puzzle for anyone who has fallen down that particular hole. All perfectly good.

None of them urgent enough to jump the queue ahead of what you already own and have already paid for.

Now, the Pile
-------------

Here is what I have learned about abandoned books, mostly through extensive personal research.

**The book is usually fine.** The format has stopped working. If you are a hundred pages into something you genuinely like and have not opened it in two weeks, buy the audiobook and carry on from where you stopped. Your commute, your kitchen, your walk to the train. I have finished at least six books this way that would otherwise still be at page 61 with a receipt in them.

**Page fifty is your exit.** If you are not in by then, you may stop. Nobody is grading this, and no one has ever asked me to justify a DNF. The idea that finishing every book you start is a moral position was invented by people who had fewer options and no phones, and it has caused an extraordinary amount of unnecessary guilt.

**Run two at a time.** One demanding, one easy. The demanding one for a Sunday morning when your brain is working, the easy one for eleven at night when it is not. Trying to read a difficult novel exclusively at bedtime is how difficult novels end up unfinished, and it says nothing whatsoever about your attention span.

**Check the paperback dates.** Almost everything that came out in hardcover last summer is landing in paperback right now, at roughly half the price and a third of the weight, which matters more than anyone admits. If your resistance to a title is partly that it costs thirty dollars and does not fit in your bag, that problem has quietly solved itself.

The One Piece of Actual Strategy
--------------------------------

If you are going to buy anything new this month, buy the Moriarty in hardcover and everything else in paperback or audio.

Big Little Truths will be discussed constantly, aggressively spoiled on social media, and probably optioned before Labor Day. There is genuine value in being current on that one. The rest will wait, and will be cheaper in six months when the conversation has moved elsewhere.

That is the entire system, and it takes about four minutes to set up. Buy one thing at full price because you want to be in the conversation. Move the stalled books to audio. Abandon anything that has not convinced you by page fifty, without a word of apology to anyone, including yourself.

I am going to finish the receipt book this week. It is a good book. I have simply been treating it as furniture since the fourteenth, and, as established, August is the month we fix that.","august-2026-book-list-unfinished-july","The August Book List for People Who Did Not Finish the July One | The Working Gal","august 2026 book releases, Big Little Truths Liane Moriarty, Riley Sager The Unknown, best books august 2026, how to finish books you started, when to quit a book, new paperback releases summer 2026","The August books worth buying new, why publishing goes quiet this month, and four ways to finally finish the July stack that has become a piece of furniture.
2313,"august-2026-book-list-unfinished-july.webp
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/large_6_3d5fba22b3.webp","large_6_3d5fba22b3","large_6.webp",111,111002
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/small_6_3d5fba22b3.webp","small_6_3d5fba22b3","small_6.webp",40.04,40038
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/medium_6_3d5fba22b3.webp","medium_6_3d5fba22b3","medium_6.webp",74.65,74646
"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/thumbnail_6_3d5fba22b3.webp","thumbnail_6_3d5fba22b3","thumbnail_6.webp",11.85,11846,"6_3d5fba22b3",220.88,"https://workingal.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/6_3d5fba22b3.webp","2026-07-31T18:55:26.349Z","2026-07-31T18:57:34.527Z
"2024-12-23T20:58:07.737Z","2024-12-23T21:00:14.455Z","2024-12-23T21:00:14.453Z
"https://media.workingal.com/6_3d5fba22b3.webp
0,5,556]
